General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your sperm count is within limit. But active motile sperm percentage has not been mentioned here.

So kindly mention percentage of the active motile sperm to give detailed comments.

The pus cells, Red blood cells and Epithelium cells are within range. So don't worry about that.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
