Is The Stomach Pain Related To Stopping Of The Medicine?

Hi my daughter has been slowly reducing pizotifen over a month and has now not been on them for over a week, but since then has been getting quite bad stomach ache whenever she eats anything. Can this be linked to the pizotifen and if so how long with this effect last?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the abdomen pain may not be due to the medicine but it could be something else, most of the time it is the colic pain and area is the matter of concern, it could be renal colic, biliary colic, infection, hyperacidity, hormone changes in female, some time may be nonspecific, but may not be medicine hope this information helps.
