Is The Swelling, Weak Pedal Pulses, And Ongoing Pain After My Tibial Plateau Fracture Normal?

hi I was in a MVA Friday. I have a tibial plateau fracture. My leg is still swollen, foot is true cool to touch, pedal pulses are present but “weak”. I say that lightly as the inflammation is likely hindering palpitating, as u can see fluid and I can see pulse. Increased bruising to shin, pain not resolving. Walking on crutches, elevating, 600mg IBU TID for five day days.
