Hello I just read your query and from what you have mentioned it appears that you have probably low vitamin levels of B and D as well as calcium which can cause tingling in your fingers.It is not due to your Thyroid nodule. You must take vitamin B complex tablets and tab vitamin D supplements and Calcium supplements for this problem. Hope you find my advice of some benefit.Good luck.
