Hello I am trying to explain you in detail about HIV infection through ORAL SEX. Please read it carefully as it is based on scientific study: Oral sex is a much less efficient mode of transmission of HIV than anal sex.A number of studies have reported the incidence of transmission of infection by ORAL sex among couples discordant for HIV was extremely low; indded one study reported NO CASE. But mind it that there are so many more cases that go unreported because of frequent practice of both oral as anal sex by the same person. Therefore , the assumption that receptive oral sex is completely safe is NOT WARRANTED. However saliva has bacteriocidal properties and usually it provide protection against HIV but also NOTE above mentioned things. Protected sex is safe and least chance of get HIV infection. Hope this will help you.
