Is There A Chance Of Hiv Post Sex With A Prostitute?
I sleep with one prostitute 5 weeks back. It was some suspecious sex. She gives me hand job and at one occasion i just dishcarge on her, actually i was laid on her, panis was not inserted, Condom was on penis, and i discharge outside, but after discharge i checked that condom was removed from penis and i discharge on her thighs. There might chances that my penis contacted(touched) with her vagina, but never inserted.
After a week, i got cough which lasts till date. Means since last four weeks i have cough which is not going anyway. This is unusual because generally i never had cough and even in rare cases it gone without medication. But this time i have taken complete course of antibiotic for 5 days but cough didn't go and persistant. I am affraid and worried. Is there any chance of HIV infection ? Please help me. I am getting much tense.

Almost 5 weeks passed after sexual ENCOUNTER with a girl .
According to your query , there was chance that PENIS got contact with vagina but without condom .
This is a cause of concern .
The vaginal secretion with cervical secretion are highly contagious and infectious of an HIV infected patient .
Insertion of penis is not necessary for getting HIV , contact of infected secretion with penis tip (urethra ) is sufficient .
Now cough is there but not responding to usual antibiotics , that is also a cause of concern.

In my opinion since 5 weeks passed so get in rapid Western blot antigen antibody test for HIV confirmation.
Because tension and anxiety also play an important role in cough.
