my daughter 39 years old was just told that she has an artery wrapped around the esophagus is this a condition that occurs or one that she was maybe born with she has had a lot of health issues from migraines to digestive problems breathing and also has IC

it a congenital disorder which is present since birth of the baby. its symptoms effect might not be obvious in childhood and it may have persisting unnoticed. surgical management might be needed in some cases.
