Is There A Cure For Severe Frequent Leg Cramps At Night When Diagnosed With Restless Legs?
Bad frequent leg cramps at night or relaxing. Age 76, I work outdoors in my garden and care for my property. With one kidney i am careful with my selection i also check with my doctor to make sure I am not harming my kidney. I have used Restless Legs homeopathic tabs plus nutrients. Kidney doctor said no potassium. All 5 siblings have these cramps.

If all siblings are having same type of cramps then there is very much possibility of deficiency of some mineral or vitamin component in diet.
