Is There A Medication Available For Lack Of Sleep And Lack Of Hunger?

Hi , I'm 19 years old and I'm having problems due to lack of sleep and unstable time sleep.. I also don't feel eating and I don't feel hungry at all when I used to eat too much before . I can't focuse on my career and I over think a lot of problems .. Is there any medicine for this or should I go for check up?

i think u r under stress and this sleep disturbance with low appetite may be due to underline depression. In that case u can take Tab mirtazapine 7.5mg at time of sleep. medicine will take two weeks to show response to improve appetite and sleep will improve on the day u take it. Take it for few months and mean time u can consult as whenever u need.
