Dear Sir/Madam
I have gone through your query and read your symptoms.
In my opinion, you do not need any treatment for this, slight variations lead only to early closure of physis resulting in some growth arrest, What is her present height, if its normal no need to worry.
I hope that answers your query. If you want any more clarification, contact me back.
Thanks
