Is There A Permanent Cure For Pain In Crus Of Helix Which Gets Crusty And Sometimes Bleeds And Is Very Painful?

I have pain in my Crus of Helix, it's gets crusty, sometimes bleeds a bit and very painful at times and keeps recurring sometimes in both ears. I have been prescribed Hyderm 1% cream in clotrimazole 1% which works for a little while but comes back in a few weeks, is there anything else I could use / do so it would go away permanently. I am on the phone at lot for work, so not sure if that makes it worse

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello!
if you are experiencing the problem in both ears, then it is likely to be due to a systemic ( genral ) cause , most likely to be due to seborrhic dermatitis ( dandruff)
Please meet your dermatologist ( skin doctor ) for further advice and treatment.
thanks
