Is There A Side Effect For Taking Ganaton & Omeprezole
My queries is is there a side effect for taking this medicine? hi i am female and 49 years old for this month and have 4 11 at 46kilos. when my doctor advice to have a complete blood and found out that i have a peptic acid disease so she referred to a gastro doctor and recommend also for endoscopy and the result is good coz it s negative and nothing to worry, my question is why he give a prescription of omeprazole 20 mg and itopride ganaton 50 mg this will taken before meals but for omeprazole before breakfast only? please give me an advice if these medicine have side effect for my health. thank you

These drugs are useful in treating dyspepsia.When there excess production of acid in your stomach , it leads symptoms like belching , burning sensation , food habit changes.These drugs when taken before food , reduce the excessive production of acid and decrease the movement of bowels.This way , the symptoms are reduced and also the damaging effects of acid on stomach wall.
