Is There A Test To Check For Arthritis?

I would like to know if there is test to find out if I have arthritis ? I am having leg pains than even awakes me at night. I was on Lipitor and had to discontinue the med because of muscle pain in my legs. I also tried Crestor for a while with same results. I now take genetic drugs for cholesterol. Please advise

Second arthritis is rheumatoid. Its tests are rheumatoid arthritis test, ESR and C reactive protein. Third type of arthritis is gouty arthritis. It can be diagnosed by serum uric acid level.
