So where should i go for checkup
DEAR SIR Hello If your father is on stroke medicines (blood thinning ) & needs a dental treatment , the only way out is that you should plan for dental treatment depending on urgency . Ideal would be to stop blood thinning medications for 4-5 days & then go for operation . You can restart stroke medications after dental treatment . Obviously there will be risk of getting a stroke but mostly to the tune of 4-5%.
