Is There An Alternate To Meftal Spas To Treat Irregular Periods?
Hello Doctor I m 26 old and I have irregular periods delay 4 to 10 days every month starting from first period and painful periods too.my gyn prescribed meftal spas but now I moved to USA and the same medicine is not available here ..is there any other medicine?

As this problem is since long you might require 2-3 cycles of hormonal treatment to regularize the period and pain associated with it.
This will give you permenant relief from your problem.
Meftal spas medicine is to get temporary relief from pain.
In the place of Meftal spas you can take Diclo-para ( Diclophenac, paracetamol ) or ibuprofen medicine for pain.
