Is There An Antidote For Acenol?

Is there an antidote for Acenol? I took the first pill, of a weekly regime of 35mgm and the side effects are so painful to my hips and thighs I can not sleep, and can barely walk. When will this pill wear off? It has been eight days and. Will not be continuing with this course. Please help

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms that is being described here are not due to the medicine taken but it could be due to something else may need clinical examination and tests forget about the side effect of medicine hope this information helps.
