I am 42 old femal, height 5,1 and 136 lb. My problem is that I am having cough more than seven days. I tried all over the counter medicine and also home remedies like ginger and honey, but nothing is working. One of my friend told me that I am having isnophilia. Is is right? If she is right, can I get any medicine over the counter?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. First of all you should go for complete blood count. If you have eosinophilia then you should search the cause. Asthma, allergy, hypersensitivity, parasitic infection etc can leads to eosinophilia. Steroids or DEC are helpful. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
