Is There Any Ayurvedic Treatment For Hepatitis B ?

I was recently diagnosed with chronic Hepatites B. I am now 23 and 54 kilos and it is thought that I contracted the disease in early childhood . However, I have lived a healthy lifestyle and am in good health otherwise and recent tests show my liver to be in good form too. What options do I have to combat this disease through ayurvedic means? Also, I plan on travelling to Kerala in August, are there any Ayurvedic Centres there that specialize in Liver Problems? Many thanks for your help!

Hello,

Thanks for your query.
ayurveda is known to work to the immunological level, and has proven its efficacy in the treatment of a wide range of viral infections. With ayurvedic medicines, the cases of Hepatitis B are better controlled, the process of cirrhosis is well kept under check and symptomatic relief is also obtained very well. ayurvedic treatment can also help in delaying the complications of Hepatitis B (such as cirrhosis and liver cancer) as far as possible. It may also be noted that the treatment for chronic Hepatitis B has to be planned for a longer duration of time. The best part of ayurvedic treatment is that the disease is kept under control and general health improved without any kind of side-effects whatsoever.
In a research undertaken by the Chennai Hospital, dialysis performed with a combination of herbs had proven effective in treating a condition of acute Hepatitis B viral infection.

The extracts from a combination of herbs, such as ‘tulsi‘, ‘neem‘ and ‘phyllantus’ were infused into the patients through the routine procedure of dialysis, and the patients recorded significant drop in viral load. On completion of the dialysis sessions, which lasted for a period of six months, it was found that the Hepatitis B virus was completely eliminated from the body.
and in ayurveda there are lots of medicine for hepatitis B.
so i adviced you to visit ayurvedic clinic as soon as possible.

dr sumanth has no idea of ayurveda i hope. IF you dont know about other systems do not make false claims.

if ayurveda drugs cause renal failure, india should be filled with renal failure cases and govt of india must have banned ayurveda instead of creating a special department AYUSH.

hepatitis b can be cured by ayurveda

Hi, Simon,
Thanks for query,
I request you that the answers given by ayurdic Vaidrajs, ask them to give stastical data if they have treated various diseased patients.
if one say there is very good treatment in ayurved but who is going to see these.
if we use placebo and give to the patients for years together no side effects are there!
Same thing is happening in ayurvedic medicines.
It is utmost require to study of very toxic of bhasmas and faki, ukalas on blood.
There are plenty of metal poisoning cases which are life threatening by taking all humbag things.
You can inquire about this to national institute of occupational hazzards.
I will ask one question why all ayurvedic medicines are banned in foreign countries?
Thank you.

Hello,

Thanks for your query.

Why do you want to visit a ayurvedic center.

Since your liver is In good condition and you do not have any symptoms you can be
monitored under the supervision of a physician.
