Is There Any Alternative Medication Chronic Anxiety/panic Disorder With Sweating,chest Tightness,lump In Throat And Speech Stuttering?

I suffer from chronic anxiety / panic disorder. however unlike others, its not usually a social agoraphobia. my symptoms of sweating, chest tightness, lump in throat, speech stuttering, and generaal uneasiess come and go like adrenaline coming and going in the body? Im medicated with a drug called clonozepam and its worked fairly well. any natural trqniques i can use as i still battle this quite frequently?

You are taking a allopathic medicine but posted in ayurveda. I can suggest you allopathic medicine called sertraline 50-100 mg . You should consult a psychiatrist before starting this medicine.
