i am 24 years old female. my baby born with dandy wlker malformation and died after 1 month. my doctor prescribed me rovamycine forte 1 tab 20 days-1week gap-20 day-1week gap-20 day. aeter completion recurrency will not occur..... plz Dr. give me anser urgently. im looking for....

Rovamycin may be given for some infection like toxoplasma.
Next pregnancy take periconceptional folic acid 5 mg once a day.
There is less chance of recurrence of Dandy Walker malformation.
However do ultrasound at 18 weeks in next pregnancy to rule out anomalies in the fetus.
