Respected madam
Thanks for your query.
The life expectancy after a heart attack is best determined by the loss of pumping function, coronary artery anatomy and functional class of patient which are not available in the query. More over the prognostic data applies to a group of individuals with similar characteristics and not to individuals.
Yes, He may still have another heart attack despite all precautions but the best thing you can do is to follow the instructions of your doctor, take medicines properly, take all life style modifications seriously and remain stress free & happy.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
