Is There Any Chance Of Pregnancy After Family Planning?

Sir, One of my friend want to get a baby, she went already Family Planning Operation(FPO) 8 months back. The couple have had a baby girl age 4 years, and recently they got baby boy. At the age of 5 months, in this month, July 2014, the baby boy was died. So, they went under depression after this event. And they want two children in their family. They want to get second baby again.Requesting to suggest. is it possible to get baby even after having FPO.Thanks in advance.M.Eranna.Bangalor
