Is There Any Chance To Recover From Lumbar Compression?

I am a 32 y.o. mother of 6 children recently diagnosed with lumbar compression in L4 and L5. Also, the xray I had done showed osteophytes in my thoracic spine. Is it possible that carrying this crew of kids did this to me and is it possible to reverse all of this? I feel like I am 70 y.o. and I am in constant pain all of the time. Not to mention, I graduate nursing school in December and need my body back to normal. Is there any hope for me?
