General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the consult,

Brief answer,
Very minimum exposure to hiv

Detailed answer,
1. You mentioned that you had a sexual contact with a sexual worker which you diagnosed that the condom was ruptured at the starting of sexual intercourse
2. There is a minimal chance of exposure to hiv because there might be a chance of touching penis on to the mucus folds
3. So kindly do the RNA polymerase test or ELISA test on the 21st day of exposure to hiv
4. You have to confim the result of hiv by the Western blot test at the end of 6th week

Hope this information helps
