I have been treating with isotretinoin 20 (ORARET 20) for last one month because of nodular acne problem. I have completed the course. Now my doctor has give me isopil 20 which i am supposed to continue for another one month, everyday at bed time. In addition to that doc has given me fluconazole 400 which i am directed to take once in a week, and he has also given me sunmate cream to apply on whole face. now my question is that why my doctor has changed the medicine from ORARET to ISOPIL though the composition (i.e. isotretinoin) of the medicine are same. why he has given me fluconazole? is there any cream for the scars or marks caused by acne problem ?
