Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic. For acne, you could take oral doxycycline or azithromycin for 2-3 months depending on the severity. Topically, you could apply a gel containing clindamycin in the morning and benzoyl peroxide at bedtime. You could also do 6-8 sessions of glycolic or salicylic acid peels. For acne scars, the treatment depends on the age of scars, the type of scars and the grading. Various procedures available are chemical peels, microdermabrasion, sub vision, dermaroller and fractional lasers. This can be advised only after a detailed assessment. Hope this helps you. Take care.
