Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

I have been extremely fatigued and had blood work. The only noticeable variants was my mpv was 5.8. My TSH was a .1 high. Basically nothing. B12 was 1055 a wee bit high dr didn't say anything was off. Should I be concerned? I am really fatigued! I am 150 lb. and swim for an hour everyday with a masters program.

Hi,
MPV does not have any relation to fatigueness unless you are bleeding secondary to platelet defects. TSH mild elevation does not signify anything.
Other values as you have indicated are within normal limits.
Try to improve your nutrition. Sometimes rest might be necessary especially some amount of mental rest more than physical rest.
Take a break.
If you give me more values, I can ascertain better if any pathology is present. If nothing is present, if you can tell more about your symptoms, I will try to help you more.
Hope this helps. Any further query, happy to help again.
