Hello and welcome to HCM,
Itchiness in the vagina suggests infection in the vagina.
The infection could be fungal, bacterial or protozoal.
Sexual intercourse during this period can lead to transmission of the infection to the partner.
Appearance of rashes and pain in the xetrnal genitalia of your partner suggests infection.
Sexual intercourse should be avoided till the infection clears.

The test report 'Reactive' implies that there is reactive changes in the sample that you have submitted. Reactive change accompanies infection.

However, you have not mentioned the sample that you have submitted for examination.

A urine sample, semen sample (in males) and vaginal discharge sample (in females) should be submitted if these symptoms appear.
If infection appears antibiotic treatment, abstinence from sex till infection clears away should be followed.

Thanks and take care
