Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

Hi there my husband has had 2 semen tests done and both times
Showed his liquification time was too long. Thesecond test
Showed a higher sperm count but still having the liquification problem. How do we go about
getting it fixed or helping reduce the time?
We are trying to conceive so any advice is appreciated..

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Normally semen coagulation takes place 20 to 30 minutes following ejaculation. Delayed liquefaction of semen more than 1 hour after ejaculation may be due to disorders of accessory gland function.
Long liquefaction time may also be due to infection.
He need proper clinical examination and few more investigations.
Investigation include routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
