Hello Thanks for writing to HCM According to the reports you have enlarged uterus with fibroids in the postero-fundal and anterior intramural region of the uterus .Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus. Treatment of fibroid uterus is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age,family is completed or not,symptoms etc. You also have thickened endometrium.You need proper clinical examination and further investigation like biopsy of endometrium. Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports. Nabothian cyst are age related incidental cysts in cervix.It doesn t require any treatment. Rest of the findings are normal.
