** 1. since there was history of trauma thus scar due to infection, chemical injury or due to foreign body can be excluded. 2. since you are finding it difficult to wear lens thus Ophthalmologic Examination becomes necessary to rule out above causes along with blood sugar level. PS. since use of contact lens [in history] is associated with corneal ulcer resulting in scar formation, thus examination become important. 3. In contact lens users, extra caution is needed to exclude microbial keratitis which can be/may be mistaken for a corneal abrasion, thus should be referred to an eye unit. Since 90% of knowledge is attained through eyes, thus before opting for any alternate system of medicine, get yourself checked from an Ophthalmologist for proper evaluation and Management.
