Is There Any Medication To Cure Balanitis With Phimosis?

hello docter. i have a major painful issue, i believe its balanitis with phemosis. its been causing me small splits that get bigger and dont seem to heal quickly. i wana know if theres some over the counter medication that can combat against this infection.

Getting cracks on the prepuce is a constitutional problem and needs a constitutional treatment.
This can best be done through Homoeopathy.
Going for some over the counter medications in the form of antibiotic ointment may give you temporary relief. But it is likely to recur.
Therefore my advice is to approach an expert Homoeopath who will take your case in detail and will prescribe for you your genetic and constitutional remedy to cure your tendency to get balanitis and phimosis.
If you do not want a cure, then the best second option is to get circumcision done after you wait for some time to get the wound healed.
