Is There Any Medicine Which Can Help Me In Sagging Breasts ?
hello doctor , iam anitha, 30 yrs old, 4 11 . my weight is 67. i have two kids of ages 4 and 9yrs and i want to know if there are any pills or non surgical methods that can help me deal with sagging breasts? i am losing self confidence bcoz of that. plz help me with safe methods of dealing with the problem of sagging breasts.

other than the massaging your breast with proper oil and massaging creams there is no other medicines or pills in market to clear up your issues
then also there are so many medicines available in market for the same but the effectiveness is not assured
and if you are going to try those and will not get response with those pills then you will be more upset with the treatment so better not to try such jingles
instead your better do not be ashamed of your body structure at all
no need to loose self confidence at all

Hi,Anitha thanks for query.This is very common,after pregnancy and breast feeding if proper care is not taken.Do not worry,wear proper fitting bra with under wire or which gives proper support to breast.Wear bra all the through the day and night.Maintain correct posture,do some regular exercise,you will be back in shape.Please be careful while you choose your clothes.bye.
