My 15 year old daughter runs track for our high school. With 2 recent deaths of High School athletes due to enlarged hearts, should I get an EKG for her even though she isn't showing any symptoms?

Unless there is no symptoms no need to perform any Investigation.
however To avoid anxiety and for precautionary measure we can carry out ECG. nothing harm in doing it.
if you find any symptoms like breathlessness,giddiness,chest pain after a physical activity or during rest kindly do cardiac assessment like ECG,Echo etc.
