Is There Any New Treatment For Aorgasmia?

Is there any new treatments available for aorgasmia? I sometimes take antidepressants that exacerbate the problem, but the problem exists even when I am not taking any. The cause may be depression, but, as I said, all of the antidepressants that I have taken just make the situation worse. The problem started about 20 years ago when I was diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea and at that time the treatment was with antidepressants. I went through just about every one available at the time and they did not help the OSA but all caused a variety of side effects including the aorgasmia. I am also currently taking daily Cialis for BPH and that makes the desire for orgasm worse. I am 74 years old. Any help would be greatly appreciated. None of my Drs. have any suggestions.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

If you are not getting any benefit with any drugs, then go for master and johnson technique. For that consult a psychiatrist or psychologist who would be expert in this field. That would help to regain orgasm. This technique is effective, but it would show response slowly, so keep patience.

Thanks
