Is There Any Permanent Dental Implant After Tooth Loss?

Hello. i have aggressive periodontitis and have significant bone loss. My dentist is coming up with a game plan on how to treat me. Also, I must mention I am only 27 years old. If I am to lose a lot of my teeth will it be possible to get permanent dental implants for those teeth? I would prefer to have something permanent than something that goes in an out. Is that possible for me?

Dental implants look and feel like your own teeth. And because they are designed to fuse with bone, they become permanent.
