Is There Any Possibility Of Pregnancy As I Am Having Big Stomach And Feeling Some Movements In My Stomach?

I had sex on November 3rd and I took an ovulation test that same day and it came back positive. Now I havnt had a period since august 30 2013. My stomach has gotten big a lil bit but im feeling these movements in my stomach a lot and its constent. I had a c section with my 1st pregnancy is it possible that after the C-section it could of effected my insides and make me get false results? I took several test and they say negative but my gut feeling is telling me that I am pregnant. I don't know what to do or who to talk to

Pregnancy tests can normally detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14 after conception.If you took the test after this point, it is likely to be accurate.

They detect the HCG hormone, the levels of this hormone increases as pregnancy progresses.

You can consider asking your doctor for a blood HCG if you are not sure of the urine tests. This would give you a definitive answer.
