you have not mentioned which pill you are taking .than also if you have missed any dose or the exact time at what you are taking then also there are chances of yours to become pregnant.

If you take pill consistently and correctly,then pregnancy rate 0.3% per year.
And if you take pill inconsistently or incorrectly or both,then rate is 2-8% per year.
