hello user, your report suggests that your spermcount is borderline normal (should be atleast 20 million which you have) , motility overall including bith active and sluggish becomes 50 % , again borderline , morphology is ok - however presence of pus cells in such number (10-12) suggests some infection like prostatitis, epididymitis etc which needs to be treated with antibiotics , and this may improve other parameter as well . for better interpretation the test needs to be repeated after about 6 weeks , and you can consult any reproductive endocrinologist/fertility specialist meanwhile for better opinion and management. take care - hope i answered your query , if satisfied please rate the answer
