true answer is that every person is different and the treatment which works out for one do not work for others.Shampooing the dry area even with a Psoriasis shampoo may not always help out.So a SKIN SPECIALIST is a better option.

Psoriasis is an auto immune disorder. So any external application will not cure the condition. You ned a proper treatment.
