Is There Any Side Effects For Acitrom?

sir, i had been taking acitrom 2mg for 1 year, i have brain trhombo /blood clot..but my last report of MR venography came normal and there is no clot now.. so my dr. stopped acitrom and told me for thrombophilia test after one month and if report shows clot again then i will have to start acitrom again..sir, what should i do.?? is there any side effect of this drug.??pls guide me
