Is There Any Side Effects For Taking Magnesium Oxide With B6?
Hi, I m concerned about taking Magnesium Oxide with B6. Worried about side effects. 25 mg of B6, 400mg of Magnesium. Am I going to have reactions? Think I will get away with one, the 1st , pill? Should I lower the dosage? Have had bad muscle (leg) cramps. I am always nervous about meds. Thank you.
I understand your concern I will try to help you .
Don't worry because Mg haven't interaction with VIt B6 . Side effects from the use of Mg are some but there aren't serious . More common known side effects are : severe stomach/abdominal pain, persistent nausea/vomiting, yellowing eyes or skin (jaundice), dark urine, unusual muscle pain, tenderness, or. weakness especially if accompanied by fever or flu-like symptoms.
While common side effects of B6: nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, headache, tingling, sleepiness
Dosage you use is enough and do not use more than 3 months in row. If you will have any side effects I have mentioned above call a doctor.
All the best
