Hi,

Anti Rabies injection is used in the protection of people who have been bitten by rabid animals or history of post exposure as well as may be exposed to rabid animals or chance of pre exposure. Side effects of anti rabies injection are redness, swelling, soreness or itching at the site of the injection, headache, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, muscle aches, joint pain, fever, dizziness, mild loss of appetite, low energy, chills, allergic reactions, weakness and tiredness, weakness or unusual feeling in the hands or feet etc. These side effects are usually mild and self limiting as well as will go away with the passing of time. But if these side effects persist for long or bother you, then you should consult your doctor first for medical attention.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
