I am 48 have 2 children. I want to stop my periods so that I don't kill them along with their father. (Bad Joke)
I have osteo arthritis in both hips and back this worsens when I am having a period. I am a low B12 and Vitamin D count. (Should be taking Adcal D3 1500mg but it makes me feel really sick).
