Is There Chance Of Infection Post Oral Sex With A Guy Having Pimples On Penis?

well i just hung out with this guy and during our conversation things got abit naughty i gave him oral and i found little white pimples around the bottom of the shaft of his penis not clusters though im guessing he shaves like he says (it was very small singular white heads) but i cant be sure

What you are referring to may not be that serious a concern. Oral sex is quite safe. And with few white heads and pimples around, you may not get infected. Hence, relax and don't worry much about this issue.
