Is There In Any Risk In Having C Section After Week's Time Of Giving Nitrofurantoin?

my obgyn gave me nitrofurantoin. I took my last pill yesterday but she has scheduled me for a c section a week from this tuesday. does it put my baby at risk then? or even now if I go into labor? and how long should i wait til it is out of my system and ok to breastfeed my baby once born?

I have read that it should not be given in the last two to four weeks before delivery

you don't need to be concerned about delivery or a c-section after the nitrifurantoin. you also don't need to wait at all before you breast feed
