Hi hope you are doing good.Here are the answers for your questions. Question 1: No major interaction between revlimid(lenalidomide) and trazodone that can cause anxiety. Question 2: Caffeine and the mentioned drugs do not interact to produce any potentation of actioj. Question 3: Here dexamethasone may decrease the effect of trazodone by decreasing its level in blood.
