Is Thickened Endometrium A Symptom Of Early Pregnancy?

Hi I m miriam, I just consulted my ob due to delayed mestruation and dysmenirrhea for 3days. I wanted to ensure that I am not pregnant so I took a pregnancy test and shows negative result. TVUS showed thickened endometrium 0.96cm. can this be considered as a sign of early pregnancy?

I really appreciate your concern, if the ultrasonography did not detected any fatal pole then it may not be pregnancy but the symptoms could be due to hormone changes only hope this information helps.
