Hello My name is Michael. I have started a diet Monday, and just want to make sure,and get advice from a doctor to see if I am doing any wrong. My days starts when I get up at 10:30 am to get ready for work. I normally Skip Breakfast, but if I don t I eat 2 eggs without bread. I normally eat Lunch around 2 pm. Which is a Salad. My salad has in it Mushrooms, Little Carrots, Little pieces of cheese Crumbles, Tuna or Salmon, With little Dressing. My Dinner around 8:30- 9pm when I get home. I eat chicken, Green Beans, and sometimes Mac & Cheese Pork chops with Bake Beans with Broc, Turkey Tender Loin, Dressing, And Spinach. Do You think This Diet can work. I weigh 320 pounds and need help
