I am 22yr old female, height169cm, 56kg.. If i eat 1apple+5almonds+125ml milk with coffee at 8am and have oatmeal(25g) cooked in water at 11am.. 1medium katori muesli(having wheat,barley,oats,nuts,seeds,honey)+ 1small katori vegetable (lke home-cooked turnip subzi) at 1pm.. coffee with milk at 5pm.. chicken salad from subway with low fat dressing for dinner.. And dont exercise, will i gain weight ??
